The evaluation is made by a Committee consisting of Sabri Ülker Food Research Foundation Scientific Committee Members online, without seeing the project owners name of the project and according to the evaluation criteria. Best 5 projects are determined in online evaluation.
The Jury invites the top five contestants to make an oral presentation at a date and time determined by the Secretariat of The Sabri Ülker Food Research Foundation. The winning project is announced at the award ceremony. The Jury may decide to divide the award between a number of deserving candidates or choose not to make an award. When necessary, the Jury may receive consulting services from persons or institutions of its choosing.
Jury can appoint experts and institutions to make evaluations with regard to project type, topic, effects to the society and to make applicability analysis.
